Marriage, Family and Human Development?

Life has been quite exciting lately. Today we just came home from a crazy, busy, fun weekend. California was our destination as we traveled down for Mike and Stevie's wedding! To start off the weekend, Daniel flew out to Atlanta Thursday night. All of Friday he spent at Georgia Tech charming over professors. Late Friday night, he flew to California and barely made it here by 1:30 in the morning.

We woke up bright and early to take some great McLama (McDonald and Kalama) Family pictures. Here are some of the proofs that I like the best.

After pictures, we spent the rest of the busy weekend involved with wedding festivities for Mike and Stevie. Their wedding was beautiful. Pictures will come later. During this weekend, I became aware of the principle of choices. Our choices shape the person into whom we develop. I'm grateful for my family and the choices that they have made.

Now that is a ridicuously good looking family! The Blue Steel/Magnum pose is quite extraordinary!

I love you - I, too, am grateful for the righteous choices that are made by the ones that I love. You and Daniel are wonderful.

Had such a nice time with everyone - miss you already!

Love, Mom
