So we're looking for a house to buy. It's arduous, a bit frustrating and NOT what this story is about. This is what happened today while looking for said house. Our agent, who is fabulous, was showing me a nice house.
We talked about nice neighborhoods with nice people and such.
After a moment of hesitation she asked,
"Do you and Daniel go to Church?"
 "Yes we do! Every Sunday!"
"Which church do you go to?"
 "We're Mormon"
(Now, I understand that the correct term is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints but I just wanted her to know which church it was)
"I could tell."
"Really?"
"Yeah, there's something different about you guys. I'm around a lot of different people and there's a big difference between saying what you believe and living like you believe."
"Oh well, Thank you! We just try to be the best people that we can."
"Well, I appreciate that."
I love living in California.
I love sticking out!

I hear you! :D
Awwww. I love that. I want to move out of Utah. : ) What nice things to hear. That always means so much, and you'll remember that forever.
Aww very sweet. You guys are awesome :)
Way to be. :) It's always nice to know that people notice you doing the best things. That's exciting about house shopping. I bet you feel like a "big girl" now. I know I would... that's not for like 10 more years for us. :)
